5-Day No-Hassle Trial PeriodWhen purchasing a new or used saddle it is very important to determine that the saddle fits both the rider and the horse. It is therefore necessary that the saddle and the rider and the horse be in the same place. We allow a customer to try a saddle on a trial basis in order to be sure that the saddle works for you and the horse. We will ship the saddle to you by UPS, insured for the full value. You will be charged for the saddle and the shipping costs on a Master Card, Visa or American Express. Once you receive the saddle you have a trial period of 5 working days to evaluate the saddle for your needs. If you decide that it is not exactly what you want, then you may return the saddle to us for a full credit of the cost of the saddle (please insure for full value). We do not refund any of the shipping costs.
The return address is: While the saddle is in your possession we would ask that you use commonsense while trying the saddle. Please ride in the saddle as much as you need to help you determine if it is right for you. As the saddle belongs to someone else, we would ask that you only put as much use into it as absolutely necessary. Please treat it as well as you would your own equipment. Because the saddles we sell are used, they are sold "AS IS" and we Please be advised that there are no refunds on any of the accessories or tack. If there is a discrepancy in the size, the product must be return immediately before being used. If there is a truly a defect in the product we will do an even exchange on receipt of the defective item. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation in a timely manner.
